The Challenge

Zoom Phone, with its unified solution for video, phone, chat, and meetings, sought to generate sales-ready leads (enterprise and mid-market) across the UK and Ireland.


Despite a strong brand legacy in video, the client’s earlier B2B campaigns had delivered unsatisfactory results. Quantum was brought in with a clear mission: develop a high-impact, end-to-end demand generation programme targeting three key sectors – financial services, legal, and retail – while helping Zoom capitalise on the looming 2025 PSTN/ISDN switch-off as a call to action.
